Mace Marx

Mace Marx, originally from New York City, has spent decades living and working in the Caribbean, drawing inspiration from the island life. With a background in art and design from prestigious institutions like Rhode Island School of Design and Pratt Institute, she has explored various artistic mediums and spaces, from Disney Graphics to interior design. Mace's artistic journey led her to establish her own shop, Mace of Arts, specializing in hand-painted signs, murals, and fine art paintings. She is known for her ability to express ideas through her sign painting while adding depth and nuance to her fine art pieces. Her work has been showcased in galleries, private collections, and museums across the Caribbean and beyond. Mace's passion for travel, storytelling, and creating art has culminated in her role as Artist in Residence at ECCHO: The Current Studios at Baha Mar Resort.
